Renewal License for MO Grain Warehouses & Grain Dealers (PDF: 31kb)
The Renewal Application for Missouri Grain Warehouse and/or Missouri Grain Dealer License should be returned to: Grain Regulatory Services, P.O. Box 630, Jefferson City, MO 65102. To avoid a $10 per day penalty, the completed form must be postmarked by the last day of the fourth month after the licensee’s fiscal year end.

Financial Statement Guidelines (PDF: 22kb)
This information explains the type of financial statements required to obtain a warehouse and/or a grain dealer license. This information should be reviewed by the licensee and the licensee’s Certified Public Accountant.

Public Grain Warehouseman’s Bond Form-On Line (PDF: 5kb)

Schedule of Charges for Storing and Handling Grain (PDF: 23kb)
Completed forms should be returned to Grain Regulatory Services, P.O. Box 630, Jefferson City, MO  65201.  The tariff must be approved by GRS prior to the warehouseman charging the listed rates.

Certificate of Insurance on Grain in Licensed Grain Warehouses (PDF: 29kb)
The Certificate of Insurance is to be prepared and signed by the insurance company or agent to provide verification of insurance required by the Missouri Warehouse Law. The completed form should be mailed to: Grain Regulatory Services, P.O. Box 630, Jefferson City, MO 65102.

Letter of Credit (PDF: 27kb)
An irrevocable, assignable, unconditional letter of credit may be provided as warehouse license or grain dealer license security in lieu of a bond. The letter of credit must be completed by the issuing bank. Once the letter of credit is accepted by the department, the amount may be changed on the letter of credit amendment form below.

Increase/Decrease or Name Change Amendment To Letter of Credit (PDF: 17kb)
A letter of credit amendment form is to be completed by the bank issuing the letter of credit when the required security amount changes for the warehouse or grain dealer license.

Assignment of Certificate of Deposit (PDF: 59kb)
An “Assignment of Certificate of Deposit” form is required for all certificates of deposit which are submitted as warehouse or grain dealer security.
