SICK LEAVE
Sick leave is earned in increments of five hours semi-monthly. No maximum accrual.
ANNUAL LEAVE
Annual leave is earned in increments of five hours semi-monthly for employees with less than 10 years of service, six hours semi-monthly for employees with 10-15 years of service, and seven hours semi-monthly for employees with more than 15 years of service.
