RETIREMENT

Missouri State Employees’ Retirement System (MOSERS)
Vested after five years of creditable service.

LIFE INSURANCE

Basic Life Insurance
Employees are provided with basic life insurance in the amount equal to their base salary minimum of $15,000 with the option to purchase additional coverage or dependent coverage.
Optional Life Insurance
Employees may purchase up to six times their annual salary.

HEALTH CARE

Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan (MCHCP)
Employee and family members are eligible for medical insurance administered through the Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan. Available plans are specific to areas of the state.

CAFETERIA PLAN

Missouri State Employees’ Cafeteria Plan (MOCAFE)
Employees may direct a portion of pre-tax earnings through state-sponsored health insurance premium; vision; dental; flexible medical; and dependent care.
