PDF Form Online Instructions

To fill out a PDF form online follow the steps below:

1. Open the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader
2. In text areas where you need to replace the default text, place your cursor over the area and your cursor will change from a hand to a vertical bar, click on the text area and you may replace the default text with the required information.
3. Once all required information is completed on the form, simply click the Adobe print button. Please note that this is different than your browser print button and appeared when you opened the PDF file.
